In line with Florida law, a signed veterinary referral from your animal’s licensed veterinarian is essential before any evaluation or treatment can be initiated in animal chiropractic. No animal will be assessed or treated without a completed and signed veterinary referral. 

If you need a veterinary referral, Happy Tails Animal Chiropractic can arrange to email your veterinarian a request for their review and signature. The veterinarian will evaluate whether chiropractic care is suitable for your animal and if a referral should be issued. 

It’s important to note that animal chiropractic care is designed to complement conventional veterinary medical care rather than replace it. While veterinary chiropractic evaluation and treatment can offer support, they cannot substitute for diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, or other medical services provided by a licensed veterinarian.
